Pollen analysis - Clairvaux-les-lacs (F-39), Haute Terrasse (Camping)
Natural site. Lacustrine terrace. 3 palynological samples. Probably Allerød.
Digitized inventory of the French peatlands of 1949
Digitized data from the French peatland inventory ("Les tourbières françaises", Ministry of Industry and Trade, 1949). This national inventory was carried out in order to estimate the stock of peat in metropolitan France and to facilitate its exploitation, essentially for fuel purposes. Thus, a ...

Pollen analysis - Clairvaux-les-lacs (F-39), La Tournerie-Drouvenant (varves)
Natural site. Geological section along the Drouvenant creek. Pleniglacial varves. Only one palynological sample.
Pollen analysis - Charcier (F-39), En Bourand (Varves)
Natural site. Geological section border on the Ain river. Only one nearly sterile palynological sample.
Fossorial water vole (Arvicola terrestris) population cycles and their phase-associated microbial communities
Monitoring of montane water vole populations on the Jura plateau during the phases of a demographic cycle: relative densities, reproduction parameters, weight, relative age (crystalline weight), and microbial community composition. Those data have been collected in the framework of Petra Villette's ...
Bromadiolone kinetics in common and montane water vole populations
Field measurements describing the kinetics of bromadiolone in two vole populations (Microtus arvalis and Arviola scherman) after a field control of water voles, Arvicola scherman. Those data have been obtained during Mickael Sage's doctorate.
Grassland vegetation monitoring in the French Jura Mountains
Plot-based vegetation survey. Diachronic observations of the grassland plant communities in the Franche-Comté region.
Permanent grasslands of the French Jura Mountains (synchronic study BioGEcoP)
Vegetation, orthopteran communities, soil and landuse descriptors of 48 mesic grasslands in the French Jura Mountains.

Temperature under canopy
